I can’t subscribe to a private channel, can’t create a forward or I created a forward from one channel to another but messages do not come already for a long time.

Please check that you are using a Standard account and that the status of your forward is not PENDING. If not, please forward the message with your command and the message with the bot’s response to the admin, and describe your problem.
